4. Products and services
Botería Negreiros is a house founded in 1940 dedicated to the craftsmanship of footwear in leather for ladies and gentlemen, with the technical hand-welted (double stitched). Through the Site are offered:
Footwear in stock: shoes, boots, booties, sandals, moccasins, and models of the collection in force, available in sizes and colors published.
Shoes custom (made-to-order): custom model according to the measurements, materials, colors, soles and details requested by the client.
Bags, backpacks and accessories in leather.
Service remount: change outsole, renewal of cork and maintenance of footwear produced by Botería Negreiros, respecting its original structure and the technique of hand-welted.
Considerations regarding the products
Descriptions, images, specifications and prices listed on the Site are continuously updated; however, there may be variations with respect to the physical product due to differences in lighting, calibration screens, or to the nature of handcrafted footwear, because each pair is handmade and may have slight variations in tone, grain leather, texture or finish, which are part of the artisanal value of the product and do not constitute a defect.
The stock availability is subject to change without prior notice. In the event that a purchased product is not available at the time of the study, Botería Negreiros will communicate with the client in order to provide alternatives: prepared to order with an estimated time of delivery, and replacement by a model of equivalent or return for full refund.
Botería Negreiros reserves the right to apply restrictions on certain products or services, such as minimum quantities per order, time of development or different particular requirements for custom orders.
Order as
The orders as they require a processing time estimated between 25 and 45 business daysdepending on the model, materials and cargo in the workshop. This term will be confirmed to the customer at the time of accepting the order.
To initiate the elaboration of an order as required:
The written confirmation of the specifications (model, size, measurement, color, leather, synthetic, and details).
The total or partial payment, as agreed with the client (usually an advance of 50 %).

5. Prices and payment methods
All prices published on the Site are expressed in Peruvian Soles (S/) and include the VAT and other applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices may vary without prior notice. The price applicable to the purchase is the current at the time of confirming the order and completing the payment.
In case of typographical error evident in the publication of a price, Botería Negreiros reserves the right not to process the transaction and refund to customer any amounts paid.

Security of payments

6. Purchase process
To make a purchase on the Site, the user must follow the following steps:

Complete the billing information and shipping.
Choose the payment method and make the payment.

Reasons of cancellation of order by Botería Negreiros
Botería Negreiros reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

Inability to validate payment or suspected fraud.
Data for billing or delivery is invalid or incomplete.
Shipping area out of coverage.
Any other cause of force majeure.

7. Shipping and delivery

International shipping: the deadlines, costs and customs formalities will be handled case-by-case basis with the client.
Estimated delivery time (orders as): between 25 and 45 business days from the order confirmation and advance, the more time is appropriate shipping.
Shipping costs: calculated automatically in the cart depending on the destination and will be shown to the customer before you confirm payment. In some cases there may be additional costs by volumetric weight, international shipping or remote areas.
Delays and problems in the delivery: the time frames are estimates and may be affected by factors unrelated to Botería Negreiros, such as strikes, work stoppages, lockouts, traffic conditions, weather, customs, or delays of transportation agencies. In these cases, Botería Negreiros is committed to keeping the client informed about the status of the shipment.

10. Liability and limitations

Since the footwear produced 100% by hand in natural leather, there may be subtle variations between each pair (tones, veining, texture). These variations are inherent to the artisanal nature of the product and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The leather is a living material that requires proper care. The customer is responsible for the proper use, cleaning, storage and maintenance of the shoe, following the recommendations given by Botería Negreiros. Wear, prolonged exposure to water, of the sun, harsh chemicals, or misuse are not covered by warranty.
The warranty for manufacturing defects is applied according to the rules of the peruvian current. Any claim for defect must be communicated to the e-mail info@boterianegreiros.com, attaching photographs and the order number.
Botería Negreiros will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or any damage arising from the misuse, negligent or improper products sold.
Botería Negreiros will not be liable for any content, products, or services of third parties linked to from the Site.
In no event shall the liability of Botería Negreiros in front of the client exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product or service the subject of the claim.
11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
